This kid starting playing when he was two - that's TWO DAMN YEARS OLD. All i could do at two years was wet the bed.
Check it out. It just shows you that it's best to start playing early on in life when your brain is a sponge.

I'm afraid it's just practice! It's the only way you get better at anything. I'd say my drumming is 10% skill/80% effort/10% loud mp3s covering up my mistakes.
